Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SchulmanArt LLC, doing business as The Inspiration Place ("SchulmanArt," "The Inspiration Place," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.

This policy applies to schulmanart.com, theinspirationplace.net, and the coaching, educational programs, digital products, events, communications, and related services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please also review our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information.

Contact and account information

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, account credentials, program enrollment, communication preferences, and related account information.

Purchase and transaction information

When you make a purchase, we may collect information about the product or service purchased, price, payment schedule, transaction status, and billing details. Payment-card and financing information is processed by our payment providers.

Information you submit

We may collect information you provide through contact, enrollment, scheduling, intake, survey, testimonial, and "share your win" forms; email or text communications; coaching questionnaires; and customer-support requests.

This information may include artwork, portfolio files, photographs, business plans, website or social-media information, goals, questions, feedback, testimonials, and other materials you choose to provide.

Coaching, calls, communities, and recordings

We collect information shared during coaching calls, consultations, masterminds, accountability activities, member communities, and other interactive Services. This may include your name, voice, image, video, chat messages, artwork, business information, questions, and other information you choose to share.

All coaching calls are recorded. Group Artist Incubator coaching replays are made available in the private classroom to the members who are entitled to receive them. Private coaching-call recordings are made available only to the client who received the coaching. Small-group Inner Circle recordings are made available only to the relevant Inner Circle participants.

We may use Zoom to host and record calls. When deliberately enabled for a call, we may also use Fathom to transcribe or summarize it.

Group Artist Incubator coaching replays remain available for as long as the applicable Program Area exists. Private coaching and small-group Inner Circle recordings are generally retained for at least one year, but may be deleted without advance notice after that period. While one of those recordings remains available, the client may request a downloadable copy by emailing support@theinspirationplace.net.

Information shared in a group call, private community, Facebook group, or other interactive setting may be seen or heard by the other authorized participants in that setting. Although our Terms require participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee another participant's conduct.

Coaching content, testimonials, and public use

We do not use anything you say or submit during coaching publicly or in our marketing—including your name, image, voice, artwork, business result, quotation, screenshot, or audio or video clip—unless you first give us written permission for the specific material and use.

Separate permission is not required when you voluntarily submit material through a testimonial or "share your win" form that clearly states, before submission, that the material may be used publicly or in marketing.

Medical-pause documentation

If you request a medical pause under an eligible coaching program, we may collect a doctor's or healthcare provider's note identifying the medical condition or diagnosis and requested pause length. This documentation is received and retained in our Google Workspace support email account. Access is limited to authorized team members who administer the request, maintain the account, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
