TRANSCRIPT Ep. 383: Psychic Predictions For Creatives ft. Patty Lennon

THE INSPIRATION PLACE PODCAST

Patty Lennon: As we move into 2026, this authenticity will be the bedrock of the profitability and the prosperity in your work.

Speaker 2: It’s The Inspiration Place podcast with artist Miriam Schulman. Welcome to The Inspiration Place podcast, an Art World insider podcast for artists by an artist, where each week we go behind the scenes to uncover the perspiration and inspiration behind the art. And now your host, Miriam Schulman.

Miriam Schulman: Hey there! This is Miriam Schulman, your curator of inspiration. And welcome back to The Inspiration Place. Today’s guest blends business strategy with intuition to help entrepreneurs grow with both purpose and profit. Now you’re going to want to pay close attention because we’re diving into the trust recession. But why? That’s actually good news for us creatives. We’re also going to talk about how authenticity is becoming the new currency for success in 2026, and what this energetic shift means for artists and entrepreneurs who want to create from truth instead of fear. Our guest today is a best selling author, intuitive coach, and spiritual teacher who channels profound insight about the energy shaping our world. Please welcome to the Inspiration Place, Patti Lennon. I was having such a bad day until you showed up, and now it’s like, I feel so much better that you’re here. And this is how we’re starting the podcast. That’s your official introduction. I am so honored to call Patti Lennon, my friend, who is a business strategist who has heart and soul and is truly the real deal. And she has agreed to join me for a very vulnerable Conversation. Honest conversation about what the world is going to look like for creative entrepreneurs. Right now, we’re recording this in October 2025, but the rest of this year and moving forward into the next calendar year. So, Patti, welcome to the Inspiration Place.

Patty Lennon: Thank you. Thank you. I feel like I’m at a friend’s house.

Miriam Schulman: All right. So how should we begin this?

Patty Lennon: Well, let’s start with for someone who’s listening, who maybe isn’t aware of the terminology that’s floating around you and I, the conversations we have, the conversations we have amongst our peer group, our friend group. And then definitely for me, in my metaphysical communities, we are in what’s called the Ascension. Right now, we are in a period called the Ascension, or that we’re collectively referring to as the Ascension. And what that means is the vibration of the planet has ascended. It is already at a much higher place than it was a year ago. Certainly this started in 2012 and it’s been accelerating ever since. But this was a critical year. This was a real massive shift upwards and so the vibration of the planet went up. Our souls, you know, joined it because that’s just what our souls are. But our physicality, our humanness can’t evolve as quickly. So the tumultuousness you may have experienced as an individual this year is symptomatic of your human self really trying to catch up to this higher vibration. The good news is, because this is a question my audience gives me sometimes, is I’m afraid I’m going to get left behind.

Patty Lennon: I’m afraid I’m not like being loving enough or doing the right things, meditating, whatever the idea is of what you have to do to sort of go along with this. And that’s not it at all. No one’s getting left behind. Everyone’s going. The choice points we have are how bumpy it is, and to a lesser extent, where we might hold ourselves back temporarily because of some controlling behaviors, some ego driven things. But all in all, we’re in this ascension. Most of us are experiencing some kind of ascension symptoms. And whatever’s gone on for you, especially if it felt uniquely difficult this year, maybe, like, I’ll speak for myself. I tend to lean into controlling tendencies. I’m an, you know, what I call a reformed control freak. Every place where I could not control felt amplified despite all the work I’d done. So I’m just going to leave it there. Ah! Miriam. Tell me where you want to go with this. Specific to, you know, the beautiful audience we’re working with. Which, by the way, guys, I’m super excited because 2026 is going to be a year for you.

Patty Lennon: Okay.

Miriam Schulman: So one thing that, and this is why I framed it as a vulnerable conversation. I don’t know how vulnerable you’re going to be, but I know for me personally, I have definitely felt the effects of where we’ve been in 2025, where people’s trust is just at an all time low, and I’ve been seeing that reflected in my sales numbers. Not that I’m doing badly, but I’m spending so much more on advertising and so much more effort to maintain what I was doing in the past to be able to serve more people. People are just so hesitant to trust. And I would say that even myself feels that way too. Like even with this awareness, I Awareness. I know I personally don’t trust as much either in different ways, and some of that is AI. Some of that is conflicting news stories, you know, who do you listen to? The polarization that’s been happening. Feeling safe in spaces has been very difficult for me personally. As a as a Jewish woman with a family who is in Israel. And it’s been that way for a lot of members of my community. I have members in my community who are LGBTQ. I have members of my community who are Hispanic. I have, you know, people who are are feeling not safe and that they can’t trust. So it’s going both ways. It’s both going from the as a consumer of this and also as somebody who is a seller of what we’re offering, we’re feeling it on both sides, this lack of trust. So can you say more about that? Like what this general feeling is?

Patty Lennon: Yeah. And I love that term, the trust recession. I don’t know who came up with it. I’ve heard it a few times and I think it it speaks to it perfectly. The thing I want to mention to begin with, I don’t want to be pollyannaish about this because it’s freaking hard. It is hard. But the thing is, when our economy goes into a recession, right? That’s where we normally hear that term. As painful as it is, it is part of a cycle. It is part of a correction. It’s a necessary quote unquote, evil to bring things back to a more authentic place economically. So now when we apply that to the trust recession, I think the exact same thing has happened. And I believe what’s happening is multiple things. First, it’s happening on the ego level. The trust recession on the ego level is I don’t know if that person, if that point of communication, if I can actually trust them. Human to human. Right. And that is reasonable because a lot of people were following messaging and and I really want to point to social media here without using critical thinking. Right. And so all of the sudden we’re going along. We’re going along. We’re consuming information, consuming information. And then now the rug has been pulled out from underneath us and we’re seeing things. Then we’ve got conversations happening. You and I are both in the United States, but we’ve got conversations happening domestically, internationally where people are feeling way more comfortable to say some of the really I want to say without being judgmental, but I am like just terrible things, ugly and.

Miriam Schulman: Ugly.

Patty Lennon: Things. And to find that and the reason I say I am struggling. I want to stay in a place where I’m not being in judgment because not because everyone needs to get there, but specifically because the team that works, the spirit team that works with me, tells me it’s very much a part of my work, that I stay neutral on this because every single person is doing the very best they can with what brought them to this moment in time. Right.

Miriam Schulman: Yeah, I completely agree with that. Like sometimes when we get messages or interactions with people in my community that are upsetting to us or upsetting to somebody else in my community, I’m always reminding my team they are just listening to whatever messaging they’re receiving, and this is their truth. And it’s it’s hard for us to understand like that. We are all products of our bubbles. So.

Patty Lennon: And our wounds.

Miriam Schulman: And our wounds. Right. So we’re you know, we may be looking at the world through our trauma wound or our personal experience, or we’re just surrounded by this is the only message we’re getting. So of course we’re going to think in this way and to have compassion for those people who may have a view that’s completely abhorrent to you, because that is just that is their world. Right?

Patty Lennon: And that’s the perfect segue. So that’s amazing that you can stay there.

Miriam Schulman: Most of the time.

Patty Lennon: And and even if you can’t, that’s your North star is to get there. Right? Yeah. So the thing is then for some, if you’re listening, it’s possible you’re resistant to that. And the reason is most likely because that’s fine that that’s their perspective. But that perspective makes your life unsafe, right. That makes you feel unsafe and that is reasonable. And so then this is where the correction comes with the trust. Recession is to find where you are safe and to come meaning within right to find with the safety within. And then the other piece of the trust recession is authenticity being the medicine, being the counterbalance to the trust recession. Like when we’re in an economic recession, you can still sell, right? You can still sell. But what sells, what sells is what people need, right? People are going to continue to buy the stuff they need, but they’re also going to buy the stuff that their identity needs. Right? If something is an identity enhancer, they’re still going to buy it. What they’re not going to buy are things that they feel are nice to haves, whether they’re on the ego level or the need level. So when we come to trust. What is always going to give trust is authenticity. And when you are showing up authentically, whether it’s what you’re putting on the page or the canvas or into this podcast, like I invite every single person listening to this podcast, pay attention because most likely Miriam or I will shift out of an authentic viewpoint from time to time.

Patty Lennon: It just happens. But there will be moments where we’re sharing from our deepest authenticity and you will feel it. You will feel it in your body. And so that is why this is happening, is for us to go where we are going vibrationally growth wise. Like it’s hard for some people to know this, but I can tell you this we are going to a better place. It’s darkest before the dawn and we are going to a better place. But in order for us to get there, authenticity must now become a premium and the trust recession is making everyone more discerning. Discernment is going to come as a byproduct because some people are staying in disappointment and conspiracy theory in. Anger and fear. Totally reasonable. Just if you can plug your North Star into my destination, that may be where I’m here right now. But where I’m headed is somewhere better. And that better place is authenticity. And so I start with myself. What is true? What are the lies I’ve been telling myself? What is really true for me?

Miriam Schulman: One of the things like that question has always brought up for me in like the self-development world is finding your limited beliefs. And they’re like, well, if I knew they were limited beliefs, I would not have them so I could. Or if I knew what my blind spots are, it wouldn’t be here. So now I’m feeling that same kind of question coming up when you when you say that like, aren’t there things that we believe to be true that aren’t true for us? Like how do we do that deeper work.

Patty Lennon: Yeah. I mean, dear Lord, like we are not going like when I say that. Yes, always be working on your limiting beliefs. But that isn’t necessarily authenticity like authenticity blocker, I should say, because your limiting beliefs are authentically part of you, right? I’m trying to think of a good one for myself. Well, let me put a pin in the limiting beliefs and come back to telling yourself the truth. Is this the saying that person is no longer a good person for me to be in relationship with?

Miriam Schulman: Okay, so that’s something that’s happened to me a lot this year. And then I heard how well, in numerology, 2025 is a nine year, it’s a completion year. And that means you also complete a lot of things that it’s not just about completing artworks, completing projects, it’s also about completing like just because something’s over. It’s now complete when you let go of a relationship. Well, that we can call that complete. And I have been finding with certain friends and family members where there was an imbalance of energy, where it wasn’t being reciprocated, I was putting more energy than the other person, and I decided, I’m done with that. I’m done with that.

Patty Lennon: Beautiful. And that’s a perfect example of just telling yourself the truth. And I do want to offer to anyone listening just because that your truth doesn’t mean you have to take action on your truth this second. I think that’s really what gets in the way of people telling themselves the truth that if I say this person’s no longer good for me, then I need to cut them out of my life.

Miriam Schulman: Yeah. Let me just clarify with every single one of these people. Okay. Not a single one. Did I ever confront them. But that’s part of my avoidant personality. No one did I ever say I’m done with you. Okay, but one particular family member who doesn’t listen to the podcast, so I could name them, but I’m choosing not to. I didn’t say I’m done with you, but the child is now getting extremely messy art projects for all the birthdays and holidays. Apparently the sand art was. They were. The parents were delighted with that. I was like, okay, that wasn’t messy enough. Next time he’s getting a science kit for making slime. So there has been no confrontation. It’s just in my mind. I’m no longer putting in more oxygen into this relationship that I wasn’t trying to, like, give mouth to mouth to some relationships that that was taking more from me than I was getting back. Yeah.

Patty Lennon: Beautiful, beautiful. And again, I just want like relationships are one place, but it could be I’m not happy in this well, art form, right? In whatever. Right doesn’t mean you have to change yet. Just be honest with yourself about it. It’s just getting honest because the honesty are the breadcrumbs that are leading you back to yourself, and you just need to follow the ones that are being put in front of you. And now you may, as you listen to my language, you may not agree with it. Just swap out whatever word you need to make it work for you. But spirit, your angels, your team, they’re guiding you, but they’re never going to ask something of you that’s going to put you back into fear, that’s going to put you into a shame spiral, that’s going to put you into self-judgment. So if once you recognize your truth, all of a sudden you’re like, oh. Blaming yourself for not doing something with that information sooner, or getting frustrated with yourself because you’re not changing based on that truth that is no longer your truth. Your truth is just the information. Just sit with it and the next little step will arrive right after that. And those are the baby steps. They’re going to guide you out of your personal trust recession. And as you let yourself be guided, then you rise above the recession. You’re no longer affected by it.

Miriam Schulman: One thing that Patti messaged me earlier about different ideas she had for this podcast, and one thing that struck me is, Patti, you mentioned you have a client who was painting landscapes because she thought they sold better and she switched to abstracts, and now she’s doing much better. And that just made me laugh, because I have abstract painters who think landscapes will sell better when they’re struggling to sell their abstracts, and landscape painters who think abstracts will sell better when they’re struggling to sell their landscapes, or people who think that portraits will sell better, or something representational will sell better, or whatever it happens to be. They’re like looking for that thing. But share with me the story that you told me now that I just gave a little context about it.

Patty Lennon: Yeah, well, and I brought it up because I think I was saying I, you know, before we came on yesterday, I sat with my team and just said, what what is the highest use of our time together, what messages would like to come through. And part of it was this trust recession. But as we move into 2026, this authenticity will be the bedrock of the profitability and the prosperity in your work. And so I had a client who her desire was to paint abstract, but she blocked her desire. She did it on the side, but she felt like landscapes were what people would buy. And what she was really saying was landscapes are what I know how to sell, but really be underneath that. Abstracts were her soul on the canvas. Landscapes were something she did right, and so she could sell that because it was almost like it was one step removed from her full self being out there on the canvas. So it didn’t. You know, I’m not suggesting one sells better. What I’m saying is, you’ve got to understand as a creative what your truth is and honor that and go with it. Because right now we’re in a testing ground for authenticity, meaning you’re getting pushback. It’ll feel harder to be doing things that are not true for you right now. But once we head into 2026 and I want to say it’ll be like closer to March, it’s not going to be exactly January. All of a sudden, it’s going to be super necessary. I don’t even know what that means completely. I just know it’s the truth.

Miriam Schulman: Wait, say that one more time. What will be completely necessary?

Patty Lennon: Authenticity in your work. Authenticity will be absolutely necessary.

Miriam Schulman: If you feel that it’s finally time to rise into your next creative level, this is your sign. Step into the energy of prosperity and join the Artpreneur bootcamp VIP vault at SchulmanArt.com/Bootcamp. That’s SchulmanArt.com/Bootcamp. And now back to the show. I just want to say that like the artists who are in my inner circle. So I mean, we have artists at all levels in my Artist Incubator program, but the inner circle ones, I’m just most aware of what their sales are. And I can think of one artist who sold $25,000 at one art show, who paints landscapes, and another artist who sold $30,000 with his art gallery, who paints abstracts over the same time period. And one of them, by the way, in case you’re thinking, oh, they live in New York or California? No, the the landscape artist lives in Australia. The abstract artist lives in Missouri. It doesn’t matter where you live. It doesn’t matter whether you paint abstracts or landscapes. You can have success with either one. I’ve seen it.

Patty Lennon: Oh, absolutely.

Miriam Schulman: Over and over and over again. Different artists.

Patty Lennon: So it’s is that work coming from you, from your authentic desire to create it, because the energetic relationship between your work and your buyers is going to become interwoven in a way it never has. So the block that the mind has always played in buying decisions, which has been deteriorating as buyers in all markets are becoming more and more sophisticated, primarily because all information is so available on the internet. Right. So that’s been ticking down anyway. But next year, we are going to be at such a high vibrational level that we will not be able to ignore truth. And truth is meaning what you put on the page, on the canvas, on whatever your modality is. You know, Miriam, even for you on the sales page, if it’s not energetically aligned, we all will feel it. That’s the thing is, it will be undeniable. Whereas our minds have been strong enough to deny things we’ve known in our bodies and our souls to be true. So this time, we’re in through the end of the year and just slightly into the beginning of January, is helping to remove these like the bullshit that you have on your truth, and that is both you perceiving truth and knowing your own truth. So use it as uncomfortable as it is. Lean into it. Honor it, even if you can’t take action on it. Like I know I’m you know, I’m thinking of someone on the podcast right now. I don’t know them, but I know I’m being told to speak to them. You’re an artist on the side. You have a job and you know you have to leave that job. Just own that knowledge. Doesn’t mean you have to hand your resignation in, but own it. That it’s true and that you’re not taking action on it and just sit in that space, but no longer negotiate with yourself on whether it’s true or not. So I hope that makes sense.

Miriam Schulman: It does. I actually coincidentally posted today on LinkedIn about something similar. How I learned a lot about my business and about myself reading fiction books this year, rather than nonfiction books. And what I posted on LinkedIn today was how I abandoned book. So we talked about abandoning and by abandoning. That sounds like a much harsher word because like I said, there was never any kind of I’m done with you type of conversations. But with the book I had, it’s a conversation with myself that I’m done with. So I’ve abandoned books at page 80, page 90. It was like, no, this isn’t serving me anymore. I’m closing the book on this. And so the post also talked about how that relates to maybe program services, people, art forms, whatever it is that is not serving you. And in the comments somebody asked, which do you think is harder to discern what isn’t working or the courage to let it go, which I thought was a great question. And for me, it always comes from my emotion and because of my emotional makeup. Anger is always the easiest emotion for me to feel first. I know for other people, that’s not the easiest emotion. For some people it might be sadness or fear or something else. But my body knows it. Like my body will know because I will get angry that this is not working anymore. And maybe I’m not making like I. Like you said, Patti, it doesn’t mean you have to. I’m done with you, you know, or I’m done with this. You don’t have to. You don’t have to have a tantrum over it. But the knowledge is power.

Patty Lennon: Yes, yes. And there’s so much in the I don’t know what word we want to use. Personal development space or achievement space or success space that like, you know, that just do it kind of thing. Like, you know, that, like, really successful humans get a piece of information inside themselves and then immediately take action on it, you know? And that is a complete falsehood. That is a complete falsehood. And I would actually say for this, the place that we’re in energetically in the planet’s evolution, that would be the opposite, because what you’re missing is the healing work. That is really what we came to do as humans. We came, and we’re engaging situations that give us contrast, which generally make us feel some level of pain, whether it’s simply discomfort or terror. And we’re here to then heal that and to return to wholeness. But if all you do is shut down your emotional rainbow so that you can take action on the next thing, you haven’t done anything significant for your evolution in that process. Now, once you get through the emotional rainbow that comes with knowing your truth, then having the courage to take action is part of the healing. But one person’s ability to do it in a nanosecond versus another person taking 10 or 20 years, there’s no difference other than did you honor what you need to honor? And absorbing that truth.

Miriam Schulman: There’s one thing you shared with me in your message this morning, so hopefully the story I’m about to tell will jog your memory about that. So when he’s talking about like, the just do it, Nike actually got into a lot of trouble recently with one of their advertisements. Have you heard this story patty?

Patty Lennon: I think I did, but.

Miriam Schulman: It’s a really good story for what we’re talking about. So their brand has always been Just do it. And recently. And I forget the name of the star. It doesn’t matter. This, you know, somebody you know, wearing their sneakers and she’s running from a chainsaw murderer. And the pushback they got was not because of, you know, the the violence or anything like that. But their core message had always been just do it out of choice, not run away out of fear, because that is no longer a choice, because you’re running away from fear. So I think that’s a good message for what we’re talking about, that you’re doing things from choice, not from fear.

Patty Lennon: Yes.

Patty Lennon: Yes, I love that. And oh, that’s so good. That’s so good. Yes. And to really honor that courage, like, to your point of the the LinkedIn comment that to honor the courage that it’s going to take you to put one foot in front of the other on whatever the change is that’s calling you, and to really move forward with that awareness, move forward with that awareness.

Miriam Schulman: When you create from truth, everything flows. Everything flows easier. The right collectors, the right prices, the right opportunities. That’s what the Artpreneur Boot camp, the VIP vault, is all about, helping you build a business that’s energetically aligned and financially abundant. You’ll see exactly how artists like you found their authentic voice and turned it into a thriving business. If you’ve been feeling that pull, if you’ve been feeling that pull to grow but want to do it in a way that honors your spirit. This is your invitation. The energy of expansion is waiting for you. Open the VIP vault now at SchulmanArt.com/bootcamp. And now let’s get back to the show.

Patty Lennon: So one of the things that’s going to come in the new year especially, but most likely you’re already seeing it, is that if you are creating from a place of obligation or at its lowest level, fear, it’s going to deteriorate. This is a message I was given to bring on, and it was. One of the examples I was given was if you are taking commissions, you’re commissioned artist, you’re going to need to have the flexibility to create inside that commission based on your artist’s soul, and if commissions are placed on you with very strict limitations that don’t feel good to you because some artists, I imagine will thrive inside of great limitation. But if it doesn’t feel good to you, it will deteriorate. And my understanding, based on what they showed me because they showed me buildings breaking apart, is like the financial stability of your work will suffer. Your mental state will suffer. Your emotional state will suffer. So that goes, then, for all kinds of art. That goes to my client, who I mentioned this was years ago. By the by the way, that story and that was her learning to receive herself and her learning to accept her truth. Fast forward. If we were having that conversation with her heading into 2026, I think it would be a much more urgent request from spirit for her to shift over. And only you know what’s true for you. And it can feel like the waters are a little muddy. Like it’s okay if you’re like. But I don’t know, but I don’t know. That’s okay. What part of the do you know and needs? Like in the example of the the artist that was painting, um, landscapes but wanting to paint abstract? She knew she had more fun doing abstract. Okay, so stop there. Like you feel more alive. That’s okay. If that’s all you can hear without getting panicked. Be there. If you’re a commission artist and you’re like, oh my God, you know, it’s like your whole you just heard me say this and you’re like, oh my God, that’s like everything.

Miriam Schulman: I want to put on my artist business coaching hat for a moment, because I have a lot to say about commissions, because a lot of what happens when it starts to become soul sucking is usually the artist didn’t put the right boundaries in place. And I’m speaking that from 1,000% experience, having made all the mistakes. So first of all, my contract at the very top says you are commissioning me because you’ve already looked at my art and you want a painting in the style of Miriam Schulman. It’s when we accept commissions, money, projects that don’t align with our style, like we’re becoming a commission slut. And you’re just kind of like, I’ll just accept anything. That’s when things come out of alignment. When you’re trying to people please a commission and you’re, you know, you’re letting the the client tell you what colors to use. No, no. Like as a portrait artist, they were not allowed to tell me what colors to use in the background. That was my artistic choice. They were the only thing they were allowed to tell me is they felt that the subject I depicted reflected the subject I was being commissioned to paint. That was it. That was it. It It looks like the person or not. That’s it. So these types of boundaries are this is being a boundary ninja around your commissions. I love the constraints of commissions because I think constraints do help your creativity thrive. But that’s very different than people pleasing a commission. So there’s a huge difference. And I think what you’re talking about is, you know, painting or truth or creating a truth has to do with conflict with the latter.

Patty Lennon: Yeah, absolutely. And the what? For those of you listening, the reason I messaged Miriam all this is like, I’m like, I don’t know, I’ve never like, sold art. I’m not a commissioned artist. Does this make sense? Like because this because all I’m doing is I sit in meditation and I ask the angels, what are the messages that need to come through? And then I’m giving it. But like, you know, does that make sense? Like so yes. The boundaries that honor your truth. The boundaries that honor your truth and that can be applied across everything, right? Relationships, what you eat, what you make for other people, where you spend your days literally like your chair to the actual physical space. All of it has information for you. And when you understand that there’s something that is inauthentic for you, you must create a new solution. And a lot of times that will need a boundary. Mhm. Yeah.

Miriam Schulman: Okay. All right. So what more do we need to say. What else have you channeled for predictions.

Patty Lennon: So before you know when I was getting ready for this podcast and also I was also getting the downloads for I was preparing for the November prediction. Addiction. So besides doing annual predictions at the beginning of the year, every month on my YouTube channel, I do monthly predictions. And these are sort of navigational beacons. This is, you know, here’s what you can watch for, here’s what you need to know. And the big one for November and December is, you know, it is getting you ready for 2026. So if you have any of that energy of I didn’t do enough with this year, I miss my goals. Here’s the thing. Did you survive 2025? Did you and now are you using whatever amount of time, depending on when this comes out through the end of the year? And I’m going to say really like through the second week of January, third week even, are you using it to prepare for the new year? So if you want to make the most of the remaining time, prepare for 2026. See it as a visioning energy. See it as a preparatory Repertory time, rather than racing to fulfill some goal you set in the delusion of the glow of December 2024 or January 2025. So that’s that would be a big one. The biggest one, though, that that came right as you asked the question wasn’t even the answer I got from before was the angels just so want you to understand how loved you are.

Patty Lennon: If at any time in any experience, you are not understanding by your experience in your body of how much protection you have, of how much love you have, of how adored you are, of how respected you are by the celestial realm, they invite you to sit down and just connect to that energy, whether angels is the word you use or something else, There’s a soft, glowing center inside of you, and it is where your angelic center sits. It’s where your communication from angels comes from, specifically angels as opposed to your spirit guide. So I do differ. The angels are here in legions and they truly have you in their arms. You are safe, you are safe, and if you will come back home inside yourself, you will be able to experience that safety. And the one thing that they’ve said over and over and over again is they speak through oxygen bubbles, which sounds crazy, but the more you oxygenate your blood. This is why deep breathing helps us feel calmer. The more you oxygenate your blood, the easier it will be for you to feel their wisdom inside of you.

Miriam Schulman: All right. Thank you so much. No, thank you so much for joining me here today, Patti. Patty, if you liked what Patty had to say, make sure you check out her book space for magic, as well as her podcast and her YouTube channel. We will link her YouTube channel in the show, notes Patty Lennon. And don’t forget to also check out the Artpreneur bootcamp, the VIP vault. Go to SchulmanArt.com/Bootcamp. All right, my friends, thank you so much for being with me here today. I’ll see you the same time, same place next week. Until then, stay inspired. Bye for now.

Speaker 2: Thank you for listening to the Inspiration Place podcast. Connect with us on Facebook, at Facebook.com/SchulmanArt, on Instagram, at @SchulmanArt and of course on SchulmanArt.com.
