with host artist Miriam Schulman
Today, I’ve invited the founder of Acuity, which is the scheduling tool I use in my business which has been a GAME changer in saving time back and forth. I actually now think that EVERYONE should use something like this whether you have a business or not as it has saved SO much time in those back and forth emails.
Now as an an artist I wish I had had this in my business 10 years ago, because I definitely lost portrait clients when the email trail went cold with through the back and forth scheduling process. I’ve tried other scheduling tools, but this one is the best one I’ve tried. It’s what I use to schedule my podcast guests and when I coach artists, but I also use it anytime ANYONE wants to schedule a quick phone call, lunch or anything like that with me.
In this podcast, you will discover…
- Why you need to schedule appointments with collectors or clients
- An easier way to manage student registrations for your classes
- How scheduling software saves you time

About the host, Miriam Schulman
In case we haven’t met yet, I’m Miriam Schulman, Chief Inspiration Officer of The Inspiration Place. I inspire art-lovers to reconnect with their creativity, learn new skills and techniques, and profit from their art. After witnessing the 9/11 terrorist attacks, I abandoned a lucrative hedge fund job to work on my art full time. Rejecting the starving artist myth, my paintings have been seen on NBC, published in art magazines & home décor books, and collected worldwide. I’d love to invite you to check out one of my free resources for art lovers (of every passion level) at schulmanart.com/freebies
