About Daniel
Daniel Trelenberg is an artist based in Austin, Texas, whose hieroglyphic textural art reflects his deep respect for nature and animals. Using warm earth tones and bold contrasts, his textured paintings take on a sculptural and dynamic quality.
Driven by a passion for conservation, Daniel integrates sustainable techniques and natural earth and clay into his artwork. His pieces carry a deeper message of environmental stewardship, respect for nature, and a calming, grounding energy.
When he’s not painting in his studio, Daniel can be found hiking the Green Belt trail, paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake, or taking a refreshing dip at Barton Springs. He also enjoys the company of his cat, Orianna. Together, they share seafood meals, snuggle up for movies, and soak up the sun in the garden.
